Hiring checklist

What to decide before you submit

You do not need every field perfectly settled. Give the matching process the details that materially affect whether a worker is suitable.

1Role and worker count

Name the actual role and how many people you need. Avoid broad labels when a specific trade or function is known.

2Location and start date

State where the work is based and when the worker needs to start. Use a realistic start window if the date can move.

3Shift and availability

Include days, approximate hours, night or weekend work, roster pattern and whether ongoing availability matters.

4Pay range

Provide the genuine pay range or rate basis you are considering. This helps avoid unsuitable matches and unnecessary back-and-forth.

5Experience

Separate what is genuinely required from what is only preferred. This keeps the candidate pool useful without making the brief unnecessarily narrow.

6Licences and tickets

List the credential type only when it is relevant to the work. Do not request or publish a worker's private credential number through a public page.

Keep the brief useful

Required versus preferred matters.

If a licence, ticket, qualification, experience level or transport requirement is genuinely mandatory, mark it that way. Put nice-to-have requirements in the preferred category so suitable workers are not filtered out unnecessarily.

Check My Money Jobs uses role and requirement information for private matching. It does not turn registered workers into a public searchable directory.

Reduce hiring friction

Make the offer understandable.

Clear location, timing, shift expectations and pay information give workers enough context to decide whether an introduction is worth pursuing. This can reduce mismatched introductions and repeated clarification.

Privacy boundary

What not to put in a public hiring link

Do not place worker names, phone numbers, email addresses, private licence or ticket numbers, internal worker IDs or other private worker records in public URLs. Check My Money Jobs keeps private worker contact and credential details out of public discovery.

The employer and job are reviewed before matching starts, and any worker introduction follows the existing consent-first workflow.

Current model

Direct-hire recruitment V1

Workers register free. Employer worker requests, job posting and matching are free while the network is being built. The employer hires and pays the worker directly.

If paid recruitment services are introduced later, they will be employer-funded and clearly agreed before any charge. This page does not create a quote, payment obligation or commercial acceptance.
