Core calculators run in your browser. Jobs forms are different: when you choose to register for work or request workers, the details you submit are sent to and stored by Check My Money for the matching service.

Analytics

Jobs acquisition analytics are deliberately limited.

Pages that load the Jobs acquisition helper can send a small allow-list of coarse surface and interaction events so Check My Money can understand whether workers and employers are finding the Jobs service useful. A Jobs page can report only a coarse surface label such as the Jobs hub, reviewed-jobs browse, worker intake, employer intake, employer discovery or an industry landing page; it does not send the page URL, query string or referrer. The analytics configuration disables autocapture, automatic page views and page leaves, session recording, surveys, feature flags, dead-click and rage-click capture, exception capture, heatmaps, performance capture and person profiles. Analytics identity is not persisted across pages or visits.

The allow-list is designed to exclude calculator values, job-search text, URLs and referrers, listing IDs, worker or employer names, phone numbers, email addresses, ABNs, licence numbers, role or trade text, pay inputs and free-text form content. Basic hosting infrastructure may still process ordinary technical request information needed to serve the website.

Check My Money Jobs

Jobs forms intentionally store the details you submit.

If you register as a worker, Check My Money may store your name, phone/email, suburb, state, trade, jobs you are looking for, areas, availability, experience, expected rate, transport/work preferences and the licence, ticket or qualification details you choose to provide.

If you request workers as an employer, Check My Money may store your company/contact details and the role, location, worker count, start date, pay range, experience, shift and licence/ticket requirements you submit.

Private matching

Worker contact and licence details are not a public directory.

The public website is designed to submit Jobs records without providing public browser access to search or download private worker profiles. Worker details may be used internally to identify relevant matches and to contact the worker or employer about a potential introduction.

Where an introduction is appropriate, relevant information may be shared with the other party as part of the matching process. Check My Money should obtain worker agreement before disclosing private contact details directly to an employer.

Data minimisation

Do not send information the matching service does not need.

Jobs forms are not intended to collect tax file numbers, bank details, passwords, passport details or document scans. Licence/ticket numbers may be collected when useful for matching or later verification, but are treated as private profile information.

Service providers

Infrastructure providers process data to operate the service.

Check My Money may use hosting, database, privacy-limited analytics and other technical service providers to operate the website and Jobs matching service. Those providers can process information as needed to provide their infrastructure services.

Data should be retained only for as long as reasonably needed for the matching service, legal obligations, security, dispute handling or legitimate business records.

Jobs privacy

Workers register free and control whether they submit a profile.

Do not submit TFNs, bank details, passwords, passport details or licence scans through the Jobs forms.
