Terms · Copyright · Ownership

Check My Money is proprietary.

Copyright © 2026 Check My Money. All rights reserved. These terms explain what is protected, what users may do, and the basic conditions applying to calculators, Jobs matching and commercial services.

Copyright

Original Check My Money material is protected.

Unless stated otherwise, original software code, website copy, original graphics, interface design, structure, selection and arrangement created for Check My Money are owned by or licensed to the operator of Check My Money and are protected by applicable copyright law.

No open-source licence is granted merely because the website can be viewed in a browser or because client-side source code is technically accessible.

No copying licence

Public access does not mean free to copy.

You must not reproduce, republish, mirror, distribute, sell, sublicense, scrape for republication, or create a substantially similar derivative from protected Check My Money expression without prior written permission, except where applicable law permits the use.

You must not use Check My Money branding in a way that falsely suggests sponsorship, endorsement, partnership or affiliation.

What users may do

You may use the calculators and use, save, print or share your own calculation results for personal or internal business purposes. You may link to Check My Money pages.

These permissions do not include copying the underlying software, protected text, protected graphics or protected interface.

Government and third-party material

Check My Money does not claim copyright ownership over facts, laws, statutory text, public award names, wage rates or government information merely because they are displayed or used in a calculation.

Fair Work, Australian Government and other third-party material remains subject to the rights and licence terms of its respective owner or publisher.

Name and branding

The Check My Money name, visual identity and original brand assets are brand identifiers of the service. These terms do not state or imply that any particular mark is a registered trade mark.

Nothing grants permission to use the name or branding to impersonate the service or create confusion about source or affiliation.

General information

The tools are estimates, not professional advice.

Check My Money provides general information and calculation tools. Results may depend on assumptions, inputs, award coverage, classification, agreements, tax circumstances and changes to law or official guidance.

Users should confirm important employment, legal, tax, superannuation or financial decisions with the relevant official source or an appropriately qualified professional.

Advertising & sponsorship

Paid placements stay separate from calculations and official information.

Check My Money may accept advertising or sponsorship. Paid placements are intended to be clearly labelled as sponsored or advertising and may generate revenue for Check My Money.

A sponsor cannot pay to alter calculator outputs, award or tax data, official government contacts, eligibility guidance, or the order of official workplace-help information. Sponsored outbound links may use rel="sponsored nofollow" and no clicks, leads or sales are guaranteed unless separately agreed in writing.

Check My Money Jobs — workers

Worker registration is free.

Workers may submit a profile for matching with potential employer requests. Check My Money does not charge a worker for simply registering or for the basic matching service described on the Jobs pages.

Submitting a profile does not guarantee work, hours, a particular rate, an interview or an introduction. Workers must provide accurate information and should not claim to hold a licence, ticket, qualification or work right they do not hold.

Check My Money Jobs — employers

Employer requests can be submitted without an automatic charge.

An employer may submit a worker request for review and matching. Any fee for shortlisting, introductions, recruitment work or a successful placement must be disclosed and agreed before the employer is charged.

Unless Check My Money expressly agrees otherwise in a separate arrangement, the employer is responsible for its own hiring decision, employment contract, award/enterprise-agreement coverage, pay, superannuation, tax, workers compensation, workplace safety, right-to-work checks and any industry-specific licensing or compliance obligations.

Recruitment / introduction model

V1 is not represented as Check My Money employing the worker.

The first Jobs service is designed as a recruitment, matching and introduction service where the employer hires and pays the worker directly. Nothing on the V1 Jobs pages represents that Check My Money is the worker's employer, payroll provider or labour-hire employer.

A different written arrangement would be required before Check My Money took on any employer-of-record, payroll or labour-hire role.

Credentials

Unverified means unverified.

A worker may enter licence, ticket or qualification details for matching. Unless a profile or credential is expressly marked as verified by Check My Money, employers must not assume that Check My Money has independently verified its authenticity, currency, scope or suitability for the role.

Employers remain responsible for any verification required before engaging a worker.

Enforcement

Rights are reserved.

If protected Check My Money material is copied without permission, the copyright owner may preserve evidence, request removal, use available platform or hosting infringement procedures, seek licensing or other remedies, and obtain legal advice.

Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

No guarantee

Matches are leads, not promises.

Check My Money does not guarantee that a worker or employer will proceed, that information supplied by another user is complete, or that a proposed match is suitable. Both sides must conduct their own checks and make their own engagement decisions.
