Better requests
Include the site or work type, suburb or service area, shift times, expected hours, start date, required experience, worker count and pay range in the private employer request. Relevant requirements help matching without turning worker profiles into a public directory.
Consent-first introductions
Worker phone numbers, emails and private credential details are not exposed for public browsing. Relevant candidates move through the existing consent-first matching and introduction process after employer and job review requirements are met.
Commercial model
Employer posting and matching are currently free while the network grows. If Check My Money introduces paid recruitment or matching, the employer will be the paying side and pricing will be shown before any commercial commitment. Check My Money does not take a percentage of worker pay in the current direct-hire model, and the employer hires and pays the worker directly.
