For employers
Find workers by the things that actually matter for the job.
Tell us the role, trade, licences or tickets, experience, location, start date, availability, shifts and pay range. Check My Money Jobs uses those requirements to identify suitable registered workers privately.

Better matching inputs
Describe the worker, not just the job title.
A useful request can include required licence or ticket type and issuing state, minimum experience, location, shift, start date, transport needs and pay range. This gives the matching engine more than a generic job-title keyword.
Privacy by design
Worker details are not a browseable directory.
Registered worker phone numbers, emails and private licence or ticket numbers are kept out of public search. Relevant candidates move through a consent-first matching and introduction workflow.
What happens next
Know the process before you submit.
1Submit the role free.Tell us the role, location, start date, worker count, shifts, pay range and any required licences or tickets.
2We review the employer and job.Requests must pass the existing employer and job review gates before matching starts.
3Relevant workers move through consent-first matching.Private contact and licence details are not exposed publicly. An introduction only follows the existing consent workflow.
Hire by industry
Explore common hiring categories
Start with an industry guide to see common roles, matching inputs and the privacy-first hiring process, then open a worker request when you are ready.
These guides describe public hiring categories only. They do not expose worker profiles, contact details, licence or ticket numbers.
Start with the role
Common hiring needs
Choose a common role to open the employer request with that role already filled in. You can change it before submitting.
These shortcuts only prefill the public job-request form. They do not reveal worker profiles or private worker contact, licence or ticket data.

Direct-hire recruitment V1Employer FAQ
Before you request workers
How does matching work?
You submit the role, trade, required licences or tickets, experience, location, start date, availability, shifts and pay range. Matching then focuses on registered workers whose private profiles fit those requirements.
Do I need an employer account to request workers?
No. You can submit a worker request for review without creating an employer account. Employer and job review requirements still apply before matching starts.
Can I browse worker profiles?
No. There is no public worker directory. Worker phone numbers, emails and private licence or ticket numbers stay private, and candidates move through a consent-first introduction process.
What does it cost?
Workers register free. Employer worker requests, job posting and matching are free while the network is being built, with no quote or payment gate before matching.
Who employs the worker?
In the current direct-hire recruitment model, the employer hires and pays the worker directly.
