Offer A
Australia · 2026–27
Two job offers can look similar and pay very differently.
Compare base salary, a total package that already includes super, weekly hours, hourly equivalent and estimated cash take-home side by side. Then copy the comparison or print/save it as a PDF without creating an account.

Offer B
Second job offer
Copy and print actions happen on your device. This compares financial headline terms only and assumes simplified 12% super, standard individual Medicare levy and optional HELP/STSL. Leave, bonuses, overtime, commissions, allowances, commute, flexibility and non-cash benefits can materially change which job is better.
Why normalising matters
“$115k package” may be less cash salary than “$105k + super”
An amount that includes employer super has to be split before comparing it with a base salary that has super paid on top. Weekly hours matter too: a higher annual salary can have a lower hourly equivalent if it requires materially longer weeks.

Still looking — or hiring?
Compare offers, browse reviewed jobs or find your next worker.
Workers can browse reviewed public jobs or create a private worker profile for matching. Worker registration is free, and private worker phone, email and licence details are not published in a public worker directory.
Employers can submit a worker request without creating an account. Employer and job details are reviewed before matching starts, and you hire and pay the worker directly.
